Coparent Support Group: A Safe Space for Coparents to Navigate High-Conflict Challenges
Does your high-conflict coparenting situation have you feeling overwhelmed or frankly enraged? You may be having difficulty communicating with your coparent, you have trouble setting good boundaries and feeling anxious or emotionally drained with even interacting with your coparent and are searching for community. The Coparenting Redefined support group is here to help.
Why Coparenting Redefined Support Group?
Coparenting is one of the hardest and most challenging journeys that anyone can experience. Parents face special challenges as they grapple with separation, divorce and creating blended families. Co-parenting groups allow parents an opportunity to talk about the challenges of co-parenting and how they can create the best environment for their child. In a co-parenting group, parents can work through issues that are causing conflict in their co-parenting relationship. Are you facing special challenges as a parent with your ex, within your relationship or during your separation, divorce or when creating your blended family?
Connect with other coparents that get it.
This coparenting group allows you to connect with others who understand this experience. In the group, we share experiences, learn new tools, and challenge behaviors or approaches that may not be working. You will get emotional support and be a part of a community and not be so isolated.
