Online Support Group for Breakups
Breakups suck. They are hard because you were invested in the relationship or person and somewhere it took a turn. The person changed, your needs were not getting met or you didn’t have the capacity to give them wheat they needed. You feel sick, lost, and alone. The breakup has you questioning everything. This is normal but it still makes you feel unworthy and your self-esteem can take a major hit.
The Thank U-Next: Rebuilding After A Breakup Online Therapy Group provides a supportive environment for women to navigate challenges they experience after a breakup like stress, social connections, the transition to being single, self-esteem, and other challenges of breakups and celebrate their unique identity. Participants will learn how to boost self-confidence, strengthen interpersonal relationships, develop empathy and connectedness, and cope more effectively with daily stressors and triggers while discussing how to cope with the breakup and how to successfully move forward. . The therapy group uses a mixture of therapeutic exercises and group discussion to help women foster a healthy identity and positive relationships with others while learning how to cope with life transitions and how to heal after a breakup.

Work on rebuilding your confidence and self-esteem, learn from your last relationship, work on letting go, and gain a community

Meets every week for 50-60 minutes and held on Google Meet or Simple Practice Telehealth- Sessions are offered online on a confidential, HIPAA Compliant Video Platform.

Yours truly! I, Latisha Ellis, am a licensed professional counselor with years of helping people through their life transitions, like breakups.

Cost: $95
How to Join: Complete the easy enrollment form and set up your client portal.
Number of Participants: 8-12. The group will have a maximum of 12 participants and a minimum of 4.
Sessions are not covered by insurance but you can use HSA/FSA funds
Accept all major credit/debit cards.
Offer use of Paypal, Zelle, & CashApp. (These are not HIPPA compliant so you use them at your own risk.)

All group members are required to commit to a 10 session minimum.
This helps with group connection and cohesion.
After 10 sessions, you are encouraged to come but not required to come to every session. As long as there are open spaces you are welcome!
Respect the space, the members in the space, and the vulnerability so it can always be a protected space of learning, growing and connecting

That is okay. We can have a consultation to address your questions or fears. The support group is designed to meet people where they are and to creat community to help support the growth of all the members in the group.

All participants are required to maintain confidentiality and will sign an informed consent.

This is an ongoing group that meets weekly. Although you are required to meet for your first 10 consecutive sessions, after that you are welcome to come for as long as feel the group is helpful and you are finding the value and support you need and there is an open space.
